By accessing or using Dispatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Dispatch provides AI-powered invoicing tools for trade contractors, including invoice generation, email delivery, and payment processing via Stripe Connect. We are not a payment processor — payments are handled by Stripe.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring the accuracy of invoices you send to your customers.
Dispatch charges a monthly subscription fee after your free trial period. Stripe charges separate transaction fees (2.9% + 30¢) on payments processed through your connected Stripe account. These fees go directly to Stripe, not Dispatch.
You may not use Dispatch to send fraudulent invoices, misrepresent services, spam recipients, or violate any applicable laws.
Dispatch is provided "as is." We are not liable for payment disputes between you and your customers, Stripe service interruptions, or lost revenue from system downtime.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
